This office doesn’t exist!! I am so upset because I scheduled an appointment here and took off work to come and when I arrived there is a sign on the door saying this office is permanently closed. There is no way to contact the office - no one answers the phones or the online chat messages. Do not waste your time with this scam. The state board needs to look into this.
Update: just received a call from an office in Woodbridge asking why I missed my appointment. The woman who called was dismissive of the issue and basically said it was my fault for not asking which location I was scheduled at in the first place. She then hung up on me after I told her I went to the location I called through Google. If this location doesn’t exist then you need to change 1) the address on your website and the picture of your old office and 2) change your location on Google. Someone should sue them
One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went to them for an annual and birth control and basically never heard from them again. They never returned phone calls until they saw how angry I was and finally had a supervisor call me. They are definitely too busy patient wise and won’t refuse people they will just choose to neglect them instead. My first appointment I went to do blood work and an annual and the receptionist basically pushed me out even though I didn’t finish the blood work just to call me back and say can I come back since she forgot to get the blood from me. Just the worst.
Dr Michael is amazing however he is so busy that on my last visit I felt rushed and did not get undivided attention. He is only in office once a month which really sucks. Nurse Sarah is the best! She is one of the reasons I have stayed as a patient. NP Abby is amazing. She is currently on leave. It’s so hard to get a hold of someone in the office. There’s Only one line for the 3 offices. I’ve been to the 3 office and receptionists are all nice. Vermont office manager not very polite. Please fix the Reston office door!!! Must be very annoying to the staff to hear it SLAM every minute And the bathroom door which does not lock.
0 stars for making the appointment, it took weeks and 6 phone calls ( 12 if you count back and forth) . 2 stars for keeping me waiting in an empty room for 15+ min after having me sit in the lobby for 20 min as the first appointment. I liked the Sonagram tech and the PA Leah though so it wasn’t all bad….. but then I got a call back and had to start the voice mail message drill again… saying call us back is not a minor event… you need to be better staffed to answer calls.
I had a great experience, considering it’s only a drs appt! That staff at this location were awesome! They were very friendly and accommodating! I had a broken ankle and they went out of their way to help me get around easier. Dr. Krohn was so nice! She was knowledgeable and very thorough! She made it a very comfortable setting considering the awkwardness of the appointment. Also, I have to give a shout out to the phlebotomist. I didn’t quite catch her name but she not only did a phenomenal job, she was personable, very friendly and super funny!
My first visit I waited for almost 2 hours to be seen. Second visit, had a procedure, wait not so bad. Went yesterday and was in and out. I recommend scheduling the first appointment of the day. Front desk is nice, Doctor is knowledgeable and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
I really like Millennium especially this location. The last couple of time I’ve gone my provider has a Med Intern with her, but judging by the level of knowledge and the professionalism the intern has I know for sure I am in good hands. The rest of the staff (nurses and front staff) are all very polite. I have only had to wait a long time once but it was an understandable situation, but other than that it is usually a very quick and smooth visit.
My daughter had a long standing appt with a NP named Taylor. We went to her appt and THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED. NO NOTICE. I called the main number and they basically said sorry. We don’t know why management didn’t tell anyone.
DONT USE THIS PRACTICE. I work in healthcare and this is unbelievably unprofessional
